The objective of the Academy is to provide academic and career-based opportunities for student success in both classroom and real world situations through a rigorous and relevant learning experience. The Academy will be designed to foster teamwork through collaboration, problem-solving, and open communication. The Academy will improve communication skills between students/teachers, students/business community, and student/student through an increased use of technology and continued practice with both written and oral communication. The Academy will develop leadership skills in an effort to enhance workplace performance by developing curriculum that supports a code of ethics and creates a learning environment consistent with business standards.
